Delivery Area
Bareeq Jewels currently delivers to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Fees
Express delivery is a flat fee of 30 AED across the UAE unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be delivered again because the customer was unavailable, provided an incorrect address, or could not be contacted.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched after the order and customer details have been confirmed.
Cash-on-delivery orders may require confirmation by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the order, delivery location, weekends, public holidays, and courier availability.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times shown on our website or provided through WhatsApp are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a correct:

- Emirate and area
- Building, villa, or apartment details
- Any additional delivery instructions
Bareeq Jewels is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
The courier may contact the customer before delivery.
Customers must remain reachable and available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to us.
A new delivery fee may be charged before the order is sent again.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If the package or item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us immediately and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs or videos of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Do not discard the item or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.
Approved cases will be handled according to our Exchange & Refund Policy.
