Can I return or exchange my order?

Our fashion jewelry is final sale and cannot normally be returned or exchanged, except for approved warranty claims or where required by law.

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes. Eligible items include a one-year limited warranty starting from the original date of purchase.

What happens if my warranty claim is approved?

We may provide the same item, a comparable replacement of similar value, or store credit equal to the amount paid for the affected item.

Does the warranty cover color fading?

Yes, when the item loses color during normal use and has been properly cared for. Damage caused by perfume, cologne, lotion, cosmetics, water, chemicals, excessive sweat, or improper care is not covered.

Can I shower or swim while wearing the jewelry?

No. Water, chlorine, seawater, soap, and moisture can damage the finish and may invalidate the warranty.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep it away from perfume, lotion, water, sweat, sanitizer, soap, and chemicals. Store it separately in a dry place and wipe it gently with a clean, soft cloth after use.
