Exchange & Refund Policy

All purchases from Bareeq Jewels are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or any other non-defect-related reason.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are reviewed and approved individually at the discretion of Bareeq Jewels. Approval is not guaranteed.

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

To be considered for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for all exchange delivery fees unless the issue was caused by Bareeq Jewels.

Do not send any item back before receiving approval and return instructions from us.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Contact us if the item:

  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Arrived damaged
  • Is incorrect or incomplete
  • Is materially different from its description

We may request clear photographs, videos, packaging images, and proof of purchase to assess the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, Bareeq Jewels will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable UAE consumer-protection laws. This may include replacement, exchange, repair where appropriate, or a refund.

Bareeq Jewels will cover the relevant delivery costs when the confirmed issue is attributable to us.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or non-defect-related reasons.

A refund may be approved when an item has a verified defect, arrived damaged, was supplied incorrectly, was materially different from its description, or where another refund right applies under UAE law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

For cash-on-delivery orders, an approved refund will be processed using a payment method agreed upon with the customer.
